Description

Wetton Mill House is a house built in the early 19th century, with a later addition. It is constructed from coursed and squared rubble, featuring ashlar dressings, and has a clay tile roof with coped verges. The house includes a rough faced ashlar ridge stack and integral end stacks. It has two storeys and four windows, with flat faced mullions and glazing bar casements. The windows on the left and right have two lights, the one to the left of centre has three lights, and the first floor window to the right of centre has one light. There is a mid to late 19th century gabled porch to the right of centre, which has hammer dressed quoins and a cambered arch. The house is part of a group with the other buildings in the Wetton Mill complex.
