Description

Ladyside is an 18th-century farmhouse constructed from coursed rubble with ashlar quoins and dressings. It features a clay tile roof with coped verges on kneelers and has brick stacks. The building has an L-shaped plan with an extension wing at the rear and consists of three bays. The entrance is baffle entry, with a door located opposite a timber screen in front of the stack. The farmhouse is two storeys high and has three windows with flat faced mullions. The door, positioned to the left of centre, has lancet panels, and both the door and ground floor windows are adorned with straight dripstones.
