Description

This boundary stone, dated 1714, is a roughly-shaped monolith standing approximately 1.2 metres high. The west face is inscribed with the initials "TD" and the year "1714". The initials "TD" refer to Thomas Duncombe, who was the former Lord of the Manor of Helmsley.
