Description

Guidestone is an early 18th-century stone monument located on the west side of Blakey Ridge in Rosedale, North Yorkshire. It is a roughly rectangular monolith, standing approximately 1.2 metres high. The east face of the stone is inscribed with the words "ROSEDALE RODE" (with a spelling error in "RODE") and "NORTH."
