Description

Guidestone, dating from around 1720, is made of sandstone and stands approximately 0.75 metres high. The stone is roughly squared, and its south face is inscribed with the letters "F R O END." This stone marks the end of the Farndale road that runs from Hollins Farm to Rosedale.
