Description

Rievaulx Bridge is an 18th-century bridge constructed of limestone ashlar. It features three segmental arches, with the central arch being wider and taller than the others. There are two cutwaters on each side of the bridge. Above the arches, there is a band, and the parapets are plain and chamfered. This bridge is noted in Pevsner's "Yorkshire: The North Riding," published in 1966.
