Description
A public house, later converted into a house, was built around 1820 and renovated around 1980. It is constructed of tooled sandstone with a pantile roof. The building follows a central-staircase plan and is one and a half rooms deep. The two-storey, two-window front features a door with six recessed panels and two glazed lights. Ground-floor windows are large-pane casements with two lights each, while smaller, similarly styled windows are located on the first floor. All windows have plain stone sills, and the ground-floor openings are topped with heavy, tooled lintels. The building has coped gables, shaped kneelers, and end stacks.
