Description
The Manor House is a house built in the late 18th century or early 19th century. It is constructed from hammer dressed sandstone and has a pantile roof. The house features a central hallway entry that leads to a service wing on the right. It has two storeys, with three bays in the main range and one first floor window in the lower service wing. The main entrance consists of a six-panel door with an overlight, flanked by 16-pane sash windows under channelled wedge lintels. In the service wing, there is a board door beneath a wooden lintel, with a sash window that has glazing bars to the right. On the first floor, there are 16-pane sashes under channelled wedge lintels in the main range and a two-light Yorkshire sash in the service wing. The roof is at two levels, featuring gable coping and shaped kneelers on the right side of both sections, with end stacks.
