Description

The bridge over Ramsdale Beck, built around 1800, is a road bridge constructed from coursed large sandstone blocks. It features slightly stepped abutments that frame a round arch with raised voussoirs. There is a band at road-bed level, and the top course is slightly rounded. At each end, the parapet recedes in a quadrant plan to create pedestrian refuges.
