Description

Phipps' Farmhouse is a farmhouse and cottage that have been combined into one building. It dates from the early 19th century and is constructed of coursed squared stone. The roof is pantiled, featuring stone copings and curved kneelers, with rebuilt brick ridge and end chimneys. The building has two storeys and features two sets of two windows, with 19th-century one-bar casements. There is a top-glazed six-panel door located to the right of the centre. Additionally, there is a one-storey, one-bay extension on the right that is similar in style.
