Description

Holly Cottage is a house, likely originally a farmhouse and cottage, dating from the 18th century. It is constructed of coursed squared stone and features a pantiled roof with stone copings. The building has off-centre and end brick chimneys. It is two storeys high with irregular, low proportions. There are three windows on the first floor and five on the ground floor, including some Yorkshire sashes and some 20th-century small-paned casements. The entrance has a six-panel door.
