Description

Sunny Lea is a house dating from the early 19th century. It is rendered on coursed stone and has had its roof replaced with concrete tiles, although it still features stone copings, a ridge, and a chimney. The building has three storeys and two windows, with late 19th century sash windows in splayed openings, except for a modern window on the ground floor. The entrance has a modern door. This property is included in the listing partly for its group value context.
