Description

Beaumont House is an early 19th-century house located on High Street in Hinderwell, Staithes. The building is constructed of coursed stone and features a concrete tiled roof. It has two storeys and a basement, with three windows on the upper floor that are sash windows with glazing bars, set under stone lintels. The ground floor has late 19th-century sash windows. The entrance is accessed by steps on the left side, and there is an entrance to Elliots Yard on the right. The basement windows have rectangular fanlights. This house is included in the listing partly for its group value, as it is situated on the corner of Bells Bank.
