Description
The barn and byres located to the north of Ellerby Bank Top Farmhouse are early 19th-century farm buildings. They are constructed from coursed squared stone and feature pantiled roofs. The buildings form a U-shaped arrangement around a farmyard. The structure has two storeys on the eastern side, while the other sides are one storey high, with boarded openings. These buildings are included in the listing partly for their group value. Please note that the breeze-block lean-to sheds within the yard are not included in the listing.
