Description

This is a farmbuilding located approximately one metre to the west of Box Tree Farmhouse in Lockton, dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of dressed sandstone and features a pantile roof. The building is single storey with a four-bay front. There is a single plank stable door at the left end and a pair of doors at the centre. To the right end, there is a board door with a small four-pane window beside it. The right gable wall has a timber shuttered pitching door leading to the attic. This building is included for its group value with the nearby farmhouse.
