Description

This is a boundary stone located on the border with Westerdale civil parish, dating from the early to mid-19th century. It is made of hard sandstone and stands about 1 meter high, with a square base measuring 0.2 meters on each side. The stone is inscribed with the letter "D" for Danby on the north side and "W" for Westerdale on the south side, along with the initials "O.S.B.M."
