Description
Lepe Farmhouse is a mid-18th century farmhouse that was altered in the early 19th century. It is constructed of brick and has an old plain tile roof. The building is two stories high and features six bays, with a double pile wing located off-centre to the rear and an outshot at the rest of the rear. The front of the house includes a gabled porch at the second bay from the right, which has a rounded opening that contains a panelled door and a fanlight. The two bays to the left of the centre have 12-pane segmental head sashes, while the other bays feature 4-pane segmental head sashes. On the first floor, all bays except for the second from the left have 4-pane sashes. The roof has raised dentilled eaves, hipped to the right and half-hipped to the left, with a large ridge stack positioned over the right of the centre bay.
