Description
Dairy Farm House is an early 18th-century farmhouse constructed from bright orange/red brick with an old plain tile roof. The building features three bays and a wide wing at the front of one end bay, and it is one and a half stories tall. The front has the wing on the right-hand side. There is a plank door to the left of the center, and each bay contains a three-light casement window, all of which are topped with segmental heads. The wing has four-light casement windows on the side and end, also under segmental heads. Above each bay and on the side of the wing, there are two-light casement windows set in hipped dormers. Additionally, there is a three-light casement window at the end of the wing. The windows feature unusual leaded glazing with square panes and small diamond panes at the corners. The roof is half hipped, with a stack at the left-hand end and another to the right of the center.
