Description

Grange Bridge is a road bridge that was rebuilt in the early 19th century. It is constructed of slate rubble and features a double continuous design over two arms of the River Derwent. Both arms are of single width and single span, with humped backs. The arches are made with thin slate voussoirs and are topped with a solid parapet that has rubble coping.
