Description

The barns attached to Mill Brow Farmhouse date from the 17th century and are constructed of white-washed stone rubble with a slate roof. The structure is two storeys high and features three square 16-paned sash windows on the upper floor, along with a long horizontal window below. There is also a door and a new window situated under a lean-to open porch. At each end of the building, there are stone rubble barns that are higher than the house and include arrow slits. The interior is reported to contain a cupboard dated 1710.
