Description

Lilac Cottage is an early 19th-century house featuring cement rendered walls and a graduated greenslate roof with banded, cement-rendered chimney stacks. The building stands two storeys high and has five bays. A central panelled door with an overlight is set within a raised red sandstone surround. The windows are sash style, also framed in raised red sandstone surrounds. Lilac Cottage is listed for its group value with Park Side.
