Description
Routenbeck House is a house dating from the early 18th century, with a late 18th-century extension. It features painted roughcast walls adorned with angle pilasters, and the oldest section is set on projecting plinth stones. The building has a graduated greenslate roof with coped gables and kneelers, along with painted roughcast chimney stacks. It is two storeys high with two bays, and the older part has sash windows with glazing bars framed in 19th-century painted stone surrounds. The extension to the left has a 20th-century glazed door and sash windows, also in painted stone surrounds.
