Description
Loganbeck Farmhouse and the adjoining barn date back to possibly the 17th century, with later additions and alterations. The farmhouse is constructed of slobbered rubble with quoins, while the barn is made of snecked rubble, also featuring quoins. Both buildings have graduated slate roofs with stone ridges, and the farmhouse has large stone chimneys. The farmhouse is two storeys high and was originally three bays wide. It has a plank door in a gabled central porch, with an inserted casement window to the right, a two-light casement window under a drip to the left, and two small casements above. There is a single-bay extension to the left that includes a ground-floor casement window. The barn features a central plank wagon door in a porch, along with a 20th-century lean-to and a window to the right.
