Description
The Queens Head Inn is a 17th-century building that has been extensively restored. It features white-washed rubble walls and a new slate roof. The south front is characterized by three gables and an added stone porch. On the right side, facing the road, there is a shallow two-storey bay window with wooden mullions. The rear wing, which was formerly used as stables, has been reconstructed and includes a timber glazed gallery supported by old timber posts. For additional context, refer to the general group description for Troutbeck Village.
