Description

The Mortal Man Inn is a building that has served as an inn since at least 1689, as indicated by a datestone inserted in a new wall. Its current external appearance is primarily Victorian, featuring two storeys, gables, quoins, and modern windows. The south front of the building has five gabled half-dormers. Inside, the bar and dining room have thick walls, likely original, with splayed square windows that have six-paned sashes, and old ceiling beams.
