Description
Helsfell Farmhouse is a farmhouse that likely dates from the late 17th century, with some later alterations. The building has rendered walls and a graduated slate roof, featuring two circular chimney stacks. It is two storeys high and has an L-shaped plan, with the entrance located at the east end. The windows are mostly from the 19th century, but there is one notable three-light window with heavy timber mullions and pointed arched heads that probably dates from the late 18th century.
