Description
The gate piers and garden walls in front of Isel Hall date from the late 18th century or early 19th century and incorporate earlier stonework. They are constructed from a mix of calciferous and red sandstone, with the side walls made of brick. The squared rusticated piers feature ball finials and are accompanied by low coped walls. The wall leading towards the house includes terrace steps, with the low wall also adorned with ball finials and carved stone crests representing the Lawson family. This structure is listed for its group value with Isel Hall.
