Description

Low House with attached farm buildings, dating from the 17th century, is constructed of white-washed stone rubble and features long, low proportions with two storeys. The building has a central gabled porch and two windows on the ground floor, with three windows above, including one double sash and the others being square sashes. Attached barns, shippons, and stables extend under the same roof to both the right and left of the house. The interior is noted to have a spiral stone stair and was once equipped with a spinning gallery. For additional context, refer to the general group description under Low Hartsop.
