Description
This boundary stone, located south-west of Trentishoe Down, dates from the post-medieval period. It is made of slate and stands upright at 1.13 metres high, 0.69 metres wide, and 0.13 metres thick. The east face of the stone is inscribed with the letter "TM," which likely represents Trentishoe Manor. This stone marks the boundary between the parishes and manors of Combe Martin and Trentishoe. It is one of the better-preserved examples in a group of similar boundary markers along the parish boundary.
