Description
This boundary stone, located on the north-west side of Trentishoe Down, dates from the post-medieval period. Made of slate, it measures 0.78 metres long and 0.5 metres wide, but it has no inscription. The stone is positioned in the ditch on the east side of the boundary wall that separates the parishes and manors of Combe Martin and Trentishoe. It is part of a group of similar boundary markers that are placed along the parish boundary.
