Description
This is a barn, likely from the 17th century, located abutting Church House on the south-east side in Lustleigh. It is constructed of granite rubble with large-scale quoins at the ground storey, while the upper storey is made of cob and partly covered with roughcast. The roof is made of corrugated iron and is half-hipped.
On the ground storey, there are two large doorways on the right, each containing double plank doors with strap-hinges. To the left, there is a boarded-up window. In the centre of the second storey, there is a 19th-century wooden casement window with two lights, each containing three panes. The south-east gable features a small two-light window at the ground storey and a doorway above. The interior has not been inspected.
