Description
This is a pair of gate-piers located about 10 meters southeast of Sortridge Manor, dated 1666 and likely moved from their original position. They are made of granite and are rectangular in shape, featuring sockets for ball finials, which may be a later addition. One pier is marked with the date 1666, while the other has the initials GIE in raised lettering. Each pier stands approximately 1.5 meters high.
