Description

Goodameavy Bridge is a road bridge over the River Meavy, built in the late 18th century or early 19th century. It is constructed of granite rubble, featuring dressed granite coping stones and voussoirs that form a single span segmental arch. The arch is supported by straight jambs and has projecting imposts, which may indicate the remnants of an earlier bridge. The bridge also has cranked parapets.
