Description

No. 1 Ladwell Square is a house built in the early 19th century. The ground floor is roughcast, while the upper storey is hung with asbestos slate. It has a slated roof that is gabled towards the cattle market, featuring crested ridge-tiles. There is a rendered chimney on the rear wall. The building has two storeys and is two windows wide. The upper storey contains two-light wood casements with three panes per light, as well as an eight-paned sash window in the gable end. The house also features a moulded eaves-cornice.
