Description

The Bremlic headstone, dated 1709, is located approximately 3 metres south-east of the aisle of the Church of St Michael in Chagford. This headstone commemorates William Bremlic and is made of granite ashlar. It is a small upright slab, standing about 300mm high, with a segmental head. The front of the headstone features an inscription in large upper and lower case letters, recording the death of William Bremlic in 1709.
