Description
Piccadilly Farmhouse is a detached farmhouse, likely built in the late 18th century. It features coursed squared and dressed limestone with an artificial stone slate roof, which has an artificial stone stack on an ashlar stump. The porch has a concrete tile roof. The building has a rectangular plan and consists of three storeys with a cellar at the right end. The facade has four windows, all of which are 2-light stone-mullioned casements, although two of these are now blocked. The former central front door is also blocked, while an early plank door is located off-centre to the right within a stone-built porch that has a hipped roof. The gable ends are lit by stone-mullioned casements in the attic, and the rear wall features single light and 2-light stone-mullioned casements, along with one 2-light wood casement. There is a single axial stack, and the gable ends have flat coping and roll-cross saddles. Inside, the cellar has a limestone barrel vault. A 20th-century conservatory and lean-to porch are present but are not of special interest.
