Description
This is an unidentified chest tomb located in the churchyard, about 1.5 meters north of the west end of the north aisle of the Church of St Michael. It is likely from the 15th century and made from a single piece of stone, which has weathered and eroded at the top. The tomb features a moulded edge and six quatrefoils on the sides, along with raised moulding and single quatrefoils on the ends. It has a moulded base and is set on a plain stone plinth. This monument is noted for being an unusually early example in the churchyard.
