Description

The Champion chest tomb, dating from the early 19th century, is located 9 meters east of the south porch of the Parish Church of St George. It is made of limestone and features a moulded cornice and base, along with plain inscription panels. The tomb commemorates Josias Champian, who died in 1809. It is situated immediately southeast of the Partridge tomb.
