Description
This group of five monuments in the churchyard dates from the early to mid-18th century and is made of limestone. Located approximately 20 meters east of the chancel arch, the group includes a chest tomb featuring small brackets at the ends and an inscription on the top dedicated to Ann Dudbridge, who died in 1807. Another tomb has corner pilasters and bolection-moulded side panels, inscribed to Richard Penning, who died in the 1740s. Additionally, there are three lyre-ended chest tombs, two of which have oval panels with illegible inscriptions, while one is inscribed to Henry Dudbridge, who died in 1723.
