Description

This is a pair of gate piers located approximately 70 meters north of Overcourt in Bisley Village. They date from the 16th or 17th century and are made of limestone. Each pier is a solid block with a square section of about 300 millimeters and stands 1200 millimeters high. The piers feature tall ogee tops that are adorned with ball finials.
