Description
Kingshill Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the early to mid-18th century. It is constructed of brick on a stone plinth and features a concrete tile roof with a brick end stack on the left. The building has a single front range and a rear extension on the left, forming an L shape, with a smaller infill wing at the angle. The farmhouse is two storeys high and has five windows, which are 2-light casements with splayed brick voussoirs. There is a single-brick string course above four similar windows on the ground floor. The central doorcase has a moulded frame and a six-panel door with vertical battens, where the top three panels are glazed. It is topped with a flat wooden hood supported by scrolled brackets and chamfered front struts on small brick piers.
