Description
Church Villa is a detached house dating to around 1830. It is constructed of ashlar to the front elevation, coursed rubble to the sides, with ashlar chimneys and a Welsh slate roof. The house is two storeys high, with a two-storey outshut to the rear. The front facade has a two-window arrangement, featuring 16-pane sash windows with deep stone lintels. A central doorway has a six-panel door and a Regency ironwork porch. The rear elevation features a rendered outshut with a catslide roof, and includes 20th-century casement windows. The interior has not been inspected.
