Description

Greenlea is an 18th-century dwelling constructed from rubble and covered with concrete tiles. The building is positioned end-on to the street and features a one-storey projecting wing that concludes with a glazed conservatory. It has a deep, flat-roofed portico supported by 19th-century timber 'serlian' columns. The house is two storeys high and has three windows, which are casements with bars, including an arched light above the porch. All windows have wooden lintels, including a mannerist arch. The entrance is a glazed six-panel door. Greenlea, along with Nos 7-13, forms a group.
