No. 10 Long Street is a mid-18th century dwelling that has been converted into offices. The building is rendered and features a wood modillion cornice and a slate roof. It is a single unit with a broad span, and the roof sweeps down at the back. There is a brick stack at the left end, which is cut to ridge level.

The timber doorcase includes fluted Doric pilasters and a pediment, and it contains a six-panel door along with a fine fanlight that has a radial pattern and decorative detail.
