Description

There are two pairs of gate piers located to the south of Sydenhams Farmhouse, dating from the late 16th century. These piers are made of limestone and consist of monolithic square stone posts that are approximately 1200mm high. Each pier features a moulded base and a moulded cap topped with ball finials on high supports. The piers are positioned on a path that angles away from the front of the house, situated about 35 meters south of Sydenhams Farmhouse.
