Description

This is an early 19th-century shop and former dwelling, and may include earlier fabric. It has undergone alterations in the 20th century. The main front of the building is red brick with stone detailing, topped by a stone-coped parapet. It has a slate roof. The building is four stories high and includes a cellar. The shopfront at ground floor level dates to the mid-20th century, with alterations made in the early 21st century. The first and second floors each feature two six-over-six sash windows, while the third floor has two three-over-six sash windows. Each window is topped by a flat arch with a keystone and voussoirs, and has projecting stone sills. The building extends to the rear.
