GV II

Former cider house, now store. Mid C18. Irregular Flemish bond brickwork, tiled roof, with stone-slates to eaves one side. Three bays, 1½ storeys and cellar. Gable towards house, brick plinth, steps down to boarded door in centre, built-up window each side, all with cambered brick arches. On right 5 stone steps, simple iron handrail, to boarded door, cambered brick arch over. Four- pane window in centre, similar arch. Plain brick string course above, similar window to loft, with further string course above in gable. Left return, 2 windows with cambered brick arches, boarded over: plain brick string course above. Interior: elliptical brick vault to cellar. Ground floor heavy timber beams across: brick dogleg stairs to floor above: interrupted tie-beam trusses, V bracing above collar, 2 pairs purlins, plank ridge. Forms group with house (q.v.)
