It is constructed from coursed limestone rubble and features a stone slate roof on the right side, along with a rendered right-end stack, and a Welsh slate roof on the left side, also with a rendered right-end stack. The building is a long range facing the street, consisting of two parts, with the left part being lower. The entrance front is located at the rear.
The facade facing the street is two stories high and has one window. On the first floor, there is a two-light timber mullion-and-transom window with leaded lights. The ground floor features a two-light leaded window on the left and a similar three-light window on the right. There is a 20th-century single-storey lean-to extension on the right side. The rear elevation includes 20th-century timber windows and a door. The interior has not been inspected. This building is included for its group value.
