Description

The cross shaft plinth located in the churchyard of the Church of St John the Baptist is approximately 4.5 metres south of the church porch. This medieval structure is made of limestone and features a square plinth that rises to form an octagonal base. The corners of the base have raised mouldings, although two of these mouldings have eroded away over time.
