Description

This description covers a group of two chest tombs located approximately 15 metres west of the former Unitarian Chapel in Cirencester. The tombs date from the mid-18th century and 1846. They are made of limestone. The mid-18th century chest tomb features baluster corners, panelled sides, and a heavy moulded ledger stone. The 1846 chest tomb is dedicated to Charles Smith. The churchyard is heavily overgrown, making the description of the tombs difficult.
